Puisque personne ne se décide à faire d’album tribute à George Lynch, ce dernier à décidé de le faire lui-même ! On n’est jamais mieux servi que par soi-même. Son groupe est donc reparti en studio afin de ré-enregistrer complètement ses morceaux les plus marquants, avec un son moderne. C’est là que l’album justifie son nom : les titres sont méconnaissables ! Le son est énorme ; on croirait parfois entendre du Korn ! Certains confrères ont même pensé que « Mr. Scary » avait troqué sa vieille ESP contre une Ibanez à 7 cordes, il n’en est rien mais il est vrai que ça laisse cet effet ! Les titres choisis – dont un bon nombre datant de l’ère Dokken - sont des valeurs sûres même si tous ne passent pas l’épreuve avec autant de succès. Ainsi « Tooth And Nail » est presque Thrash, « Tangled In The Web » récupère une rythmique à tomber par terre, mais « When Darkness Calls » y perd et « Wicked Sensation » est dispensable.
